Lauren and Keith were recommended to me by several of my co-workers. When we first contacted them, we explained that we were still several months away from being able to purchase a house. (At this time we were still unsure if we would even be able to purchase a home at all!).

They spent several hours talking to us by phone, answering our questions, etc. before we were ready to start looking. Part of the reason we were hestitating was because we had many unanswered questions and were worried that when it came time, we would be unable to secure a loan (due to the poor economy, etc.). They were always available to answer any question we had and did not push us to start looking before we were ready-- there were no annoying e-mails or phone calls "asking if we were ready yet," which we appreciated more than anything! In the end, Keith and Lauren were able to answer ALL of our questions and even suggested some helpful hints/tips, and were able to point us in the right direction when it came to securing a loan.

When we first met in person, my husband and I were delighted to see that they were not the stereotypical, corny, husband-wife team-- instead, they were REAL people who were interested in learning more about us and our newborn (we also learned a lot about them and their children as well)! They were extremely helpful and took the time to explain each step in the house buying process (sometimes multiple times!), and were extremely patient when it came to looking at houses with us and our infant. They consistently went above and beyond when it came to finding houses that met our needs, and in the end (because of their hard work!) we found a house that blew our expectations out of the water! It's incredible to have gone from being afriaid that we would not be able to buy a house at all, to buying a house that surpassed what we ever could have hoped for! We are so thankful that we had realtors that took the "fear of the unknown" out of the house buying process for us!
